Justice Department Found The ‘Missing’ Strzok/Page FBI Texts

A Department of Justice official told Fox News on Thursday that the Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz informed GOP Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson that the “missing” texts between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, which were sent between December 2016 and May 2017, have been tracked down.

“Our effort to recover any additional text messages is ongoing,” Horowitz said. “We will provide copies of the text messages that we recover from these devices to the Department so that the Department’s leadership can take any management action it deems appropriate.”

The five-month gap of missing messages covers an extremely important and historical period of time that includes President Donald Trump’s inauguration, the firings of National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and FBI Director James Comey and the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel.
