Georgia Lt. Governor Proposes Punishment For Company Who Surrendered To Gun Control Lobby

After the Georgia-based Delta Air Lines surrendered to the gun control lobby by scrapping a discount airfare for participants of an upcoming National Rifle Association meeting, Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle made a bold proposal on Twitter for punishing Delta.

Cagle wasn’t the only politician who supports this idea. Former State Senator Rick Jeffares also endorsed it.

Delta said in a statement that the “decision reflects the airline’s neutral status in the current national debate over gun control amid recent school shootings” and that the company “continues to support the Second Amendment.”
