Feds search home of Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark

Federal authorities searched the home of Jeffrey Clark, a former Justice Department official alleged to have been involved with President Donald Trump‘s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, according to reports.
The search, which occurred on Wednesday, occurred one day before the House Jan. 6 Committee hearing to probe into Mr. Trump’s pressure on DOJ officials. Mr. Clark’s role in Mr. Trump’s bid to remain in power is expected to be central to the hearing.
