Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy spoke out after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump could be removed from the Colorado 2024 ballot for the crime of insurrection, for which Trump has neither been charged nor convicted.
“This is what an actual attack on democracy looks like,” Ramaswamy said, “in an un-American, unconstitutional, and unprecedented decision, a cabal of Democrat judges are barring Trump from the ballot in Colorado.
