Zelensky Says ‘Civilian Infrastructure’ Hit By Russian Drones After Trump-Putin Call

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed on Tuesday that Russia bombed civilian infrastructure in Ukraine following a phone call between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin that had reportedly resulted in a limited ceasefire agreement.

Last week, Ukraine agreed to a 30-day ceasefire and the phone call between Trump and Putin on Tuesday elicited that there would be an “energy and infrastructure ceasefire.”

“The leaders agreed that the movement to peace will begin with an energy and infrastructure ceasefire, as well as technical negotiations on implementation of a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea, full ceasefire and permanent peace,” the White House stated. “These negotiations will begin immediately in the Middle East.”
