Mark Levin Says District Court Judge Flunked ‘Judging 101’ In Effort To Block Deportation Of Gangsters

Fox News host Mark Levin said Wednesday that the judge who tried to prevent the Trump administration from deporting 261 members of Tren de Aragua (TdA) to El Salvador forgot some key points of “Judging 101.”

President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to speed up the deportation of TdA gang members Saturday, but U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of the District of Columbia issued an injunction ordering the Trump administration to turn around two planes carrying members of the gang to El Salvador. Levin said Boasberg made several mistakes during the hearing, when host Martha MacCallum brought up the case of Landmark Legal Foundation vs. EPA, which Levin was involved in.
