Trump heads back to Bedminster as guests chant ‘USA! USA!’ after arraignment

Hours after pleading “ not guilty ” Thursday afternoon at an arraignment on charges of a “conspiracy” to overthrow the results of the 2020 election, former President Trump and 2024 GOP frontrunner returned to his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey. There he greeted guests of wedding.

As the former president entered the room, deafening chants of “USA” broke out among the crowd, as Trump shook hands with the guests.

The bride and groom came forward to greet their unexpected guest of honor as Trump was handed a microphone.The former president said with a wink, “I heard so much about this couple,” and then called the bride “beautiful.”

Trump has a pattern of making appearances at weddings at his resorts and other events he attends.

The former president had just returned from Washington, DC where he was arraigned for charges including conspiracy to defraud the government, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
