House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is turning his attention to the Penn Biden Center think tank as part of the panel’s probe into President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.
In a Wednesday letter to University of Pennsylvania President Mary Elizabeth Magill, Comer (R-Ky.) demanded to know who had access to Biden’s namesake Washington-based center, who may have met with the 80-year-old president there, what security was like at the facility, and whether the center received any donations from China — which the university denied in a statement to The Post last year.
“President Biden’s pattern of mishandling classified documents is alarming. The Committee is concerned about who had access to these documents given the Biden family’s financial connections to foreign actors and companies,” Comer wrote. “The Committee requests documents and information related to foreign influence at UPenn and the Penn Biden Center.”
